From January 18 to 21, 2026, Sirha Bake & Snack takes over Paris Porte de Versailles to bring together artisans, manufacturers and distributors around the bakery, patisserie and snacking sectors. Mondial du Rhum in February in Paris
From February 11 to 13, 2026, the Mondial du Rhum returns to the Carreau du Temple in Paris for its third edition, under the theme of "Terres et Territoires de Rhum".
