Christophe Bacquié's good addresses

Christophe Bacquié's good addresses

When Christophe Bacquié settled in the Luberon, he discovered a number of quality producers. For us, he opens his address book and reveals a few nuggets.

Mathilde Bourge

Since setting up at Mas des Eydins, in the heart of the Luberon, Christophe Bacquié has never stopped exploring the agricultural treasures that shape this land. Committed to local cuisine, the chef has surrounded himself with local producers whose work resonates with his exacting standards. Meet the artisans who inspire him.

Cheese from Ferme de Canta Cabra, Goult

"This was one of the first producers I discovered when I arrived in the Luberon," explains Christophe Bacquié. François Grégoire is a goat breeder and cheesemaker. His products include superb faisselles, goat yoghurts and small farmhouse cheeses with a strong personality. You can find him at the Coustellet farmers' market, where he has become a fixture.

  • Where to find him? Ferme de Canta Cabra, 2204 Chemin de la Bégude, 84220 Goult

Lamb from GAEC Les Cabanes, Lioux

Based in Lioux, Émilien and Émilie Bonnet raise lamb with meticulous care on their farm, GAEC Les Cabanes. The chef was "seduced by the quality of their meat" and carefully selects the tops of the legs, the quarters and the small squares. "You can also meet them at the Coustellet market," he explains.

Château des Eydins wine, Bonnieux

the Château des Eydins, just 500 metres from Le Mas as the crow flies, is a valuable address for the chef. "I really like Serge Seignon's white wines, especially the Cuvée des Consuls," recommends Christophe Bacquié. "He was very welcoming when I arrived in the region. His work spoke to me right away."

Olive oil from Domaine de la Sénancole, Cabrières-d'Avignon

Based in Cabrières-d'Avignon, Christophe Andrieux produces a mature olive oil with a strong personality. "It's an oil I really like, with a strong olive flavor. I even use it on desserts", confides the chef. Among his cuvées, Quintessence occupies a place of choice in Christophe Bacquié's kitchen at Mas des Eydins.

Vegetables from Jacques and Françoise Rambaud, in Gordes

Also present at the Coustellet market, Jacques and Françoise Rambaud offer a rich and committed vegetable production. "They grow incredible, diverse vegetables," says Christophe Bacquié. The chef is particularly fond of their potato varieties, and especially their fantastic pâtissons.
