The Feria de Deux returns to Paris for its fourth edition
On Sunday, September 20, 2026, Tiphaine Mollard and Romain Casas will once again take over Rue de la Fontaine-au-Roi in Paris’s 11th arrondissement for a day filled with fine dining, music, and good cheer.
For one day, Rue de la Fontaine-au-Roi will take on the festive atmosphere of the Southwest. After three successful editions, Tiphaine Mollard and Romain Casas—the duo behind Deux (2 toques) and P’tit Deux ( 1 toque)—invite Parisians to join them on Sunday, September 20, 2026, for the fourth edition of their Feria. From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., the section of the street between Avenue Parmentier and Rue Saint-Maur will be closed to traffic to make way for a huge street festival.
A Culinary Lineup
On the culinary front, the two chefs will blend their Savoyard and Béarnais influences into dishes designed to be enjoyed on the go or shared. Highlights on the menu include taloas—corn flatbreads native to the Basque Country—topped with xistora, Beaufort cream, arugula, and guindillas. A vegetarian version will feature tomatoes, mozzarella, pesto, and Ossau-Iraty. The classic patatas bravas and croquetas made with Abondance cheese, corn, and Espelette pepper will round out this festive menu, followed by some chocolate chip cookies to end on a sweet note.
The drinks menu also showcases local producers. Artisanal Egiazki pastis, wines from local producers, Bapbap beer, red or white sangria, and gin and tonic make up a menu designed to complement the day’s atmosphere. Artisanal soft drinks from Maison Specht and homemade iced tea will also be available.
But the Feria won’t be limited to culinary delights. The 15-member Bandarrêtdurgence band will fill the streets with the rhythm of the paquitos. Participants can also compete in a pétanque tournament, try their hand at cornhole, test their luck at the raffle and bingo, or take home some souvenirs from the photo booth. To really get into the spirit of things, the dress code will be red and white—a playful nod to Bayonne’s famous festivals. This new event carries on the spirit of Deux and P’tit Deux, two Parisian restaurants where Tiphaine Mollard and Romain Casas champion hearty, approachable cuisine built around ingredients carefully sourced from French producers.
