Jérôme Banctel, chef at Gabriel - La Réserve Paris (4 toques), is about to add his culinary signature to the restaurant table at La Maison d'Estournel. to mark the reopening of this confidential residence nestled in the Médoc vineyards, the Breton chef has been chosen to design the menu. A new collaboration with Michel Reybier's group, who entrusted him with the gastronomic direction of this country-style address in Saint-Estèphe.

The menu will highlight seasonal produce and the work of local producers, with a deliberately clear and convivial approach. Renowned for his precise, sensitive cuisine, deeply marked by the product, he has maintained a close relationship with the world of Michel Reybier and his estates for several years.
