Guide France 2024: the new edition arrives in bookshops

Émilie Lesur | 11/6/23

The Guide Jaune 2024 edition hits bookshops this week. At what price? What's inside? Here are the answers.

Every year, the Gault&Millau gala ceremony is the occasion to unveil the names of the winners who will mark the coming year. It's also an opportunity to discover the latest edition of the Guide Jaune.

When is the Gault et Millau 2024 guide coming out?

The Guide France 2024 will be available in all good bookshops this Thursday, November 9, 2023. It is also available online and in a boxed set on our e-boutique. It sells for a round price of 25 euros.

A 2024 edition as toasted as ever

"Getting back on your feet, having fun, recharging your batteries, getting away from it all and sharing without restraint, discovering other habits or other cultures and feeling at home, but better, often better, maybe even more beautiful? Inshort, we can find a whole host of reasons why we should go to a restaurant," explains Stéphane Bréhier, Editorial Director, in his foreword to the new Guide Jaune. With more than 2,500 addresses tested, always anonymously, Gault&Millau promises you'll find the restaurant that best suits your mood.

Come and discover the best that gastronomy has to offer, especially the 100 restaurants rated 4 and 5 toques, of course, but also all the discoveries, new talents, local inns, hidden tables... Be surprised or reassured, let yourself be seduced, then embark! Once you've got your hands on the new guide, you'll be able to enjoy the finest of experiences, thanks to Gault&Millau, the gourmet expert.

Inside, you'll also find all our 2024 winners: Directeur de Salle de l'Année, Sommelier de l'Année, Pâtissier de l'Année and Cuisinier de l'Année, Grands de Demain, but also our Toques d'Or with the Académiciens and the chefs who received the Dotation Jeunes Talents and were able to open their first restaurant this year.

This Thursday, November 9, 2023, Gault&Millau invites you to visit our bookstores and newsstands with the release of the new Gault&Millau, le Magazine. Happy reading!
