The 2025 edition of the Normandy guide is now on sale. New restaurant addresses, gourmet itineraries, portraits... Discover the riches of the Normandy region.

In this 2025 edition of the Normandie guide, discover the cidered beef of François-Xavier Craquelin in Seine-Maritime and the invitation to calm and serenity of the Les Prés hotel in the Perche region. We also present the portraits of the Gault&Millau d'Or 2025, Gilles Tournadre and the Jeunes Talents Clémence Goupil & Alex Néel. You'll find 219 restaurants to eat out at, 135 artisans to meet and 53 hotels to try out.
