Forty years of service is something to celebrate! On Monday November 6, 2023, an emotional Thierry Pruvot was awarded the title of Restaurant Manager of the Year 2024. The trophy was presented to him by Kaviari. "This crowns my young career. The dining room, a true vocation

From a very early age, the dining room manager worked in the dining room of his family's restaurant. He needed to reveal himself through his work, and is now a leading figure in the Bois de Boulogne establishment.

On the front line and in direct contact with the restaurant's clientele, the floor manager makes a major contribution to the success of a gastronomic experience. This year, four candidates were nominated for the title of Restaurant Manager of the Year 2024. Thierry Pruvot was in the running with Claire Sonnet, of Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris, Monaco, Christophe Vuillard, of Le Georges at the Hôtel Grand Monarque, Chartres, and Jessica Chelala, of La Pomme d'Api, Saint-Pol-de-Léon.
