In Saint-Tropez, chefs celebrate producers from May 2 to 4, 2026
For three days, the famous Var resort will be showcasing producers, artisans and chefs at a gastronomic event that has become a must, with a focus on local produce and sharing.
At the beginning of May, Saint-Tropez changes its face to celebrate those who make taste so rich. From May 2 to 4, 2026, the town will host " Les Chefs à Saint-Tropez fêtent les producteurs ", a well-established event that attracted over 160,000 visitors last year. In the heart of Place des Lices and Salle Jean Despas, more than 150 chefs and 250 producers are expected for three days of exchanges, tastings and discoveries based on regional know-how.
A renowned sponsor
This 2026 edition will be sponsored by Mauro Colagreco. The chef from Mirazur in Menton (4 toques) embodies a committed vision of gastronomy, centered on respect for the terroir and valuing the work of producers. His presence will punctuate the event with meetings, conferences and exchanges with the public, with a clear desire to pass on and raise awareness of contemporary food issues.
The program promises to be particularly dense. Visitors will be able to stroll through a market featuring producers and artisans, watch culinary demonstrations and take part in battles between chefs. Round tables will address current issues such as biodiversity and plastic reduction, while masterclasses will showcase exceptional products, including award-winning olive oils. The traditional producers' banquet and several festive evenings will round off these highlights.
One of the highlights will be a pastry competition dedicated to the famous Tarte Tropezienne, showcasing young talent. Presided over in 2026 by Christophe Michalak, the competition pays tribute to one of the town's most emblematic specialties, while promoting the transmission of know-how.
The event also aims to show solidarity. A charity lunch will be organized to benefit the Solidarité Paysans association, continuing the commitment already expressed in previous editions. Finally, a section will be devoted to arts and crafts, with an exhibition dedicated to the art of entertaining, combining ceramics, wood, glass and textiles, to offer a broader vision of local creativity.
Beyond gastronomy, " Les Chefs à Saint-Tropez fêtent les producteurs " is a genuine showcase for the region, combining conviviality and commitment to offer a different image of the renowned Var destination.
