Oyster farmers for generations, the Madec family craftsmen raise their oysters with great passion, caring for the "babies" from spring onwards, visiting them at every tide to turn them over and ensure their best development. After three years, the hollow oysters are ready to be enjoyed, full-bodied and revealing all the aromas of the terroir in which they have bathed over the seasons. In summer, the lucky ones can enjoy ultra-fresh products at the Prat-Ar-Coum table, facing the parks, with a glass of white wine from friends.
