Heir to a family of pastry chefs established in Brest in 1923, Jean-Pierre Lallemand makes ice creams incorporating at least 95% organic ingredients, such as milk from an AB-certified farm in nearby Plouzévédé; others pay tribute to the region's heritage (buckwheat ice cream, chouchen ice cream or seaweed ice cream).
