A market cheese shop specializing in all Breton cheese families. Talented and passionate about his craft, Sten Marc has found small, local producers who respect tradition, to offer on his shelves the "trappe à la bière", the "palet de Berrien" or the "tomme de petite montagne" from the Monts d'Arrée. He is present at markets in Morlaix on Sundays, Daoulas and Le Conquet on Tuesdays, Brest on Wednesdays, Landivisiau on Thursdays and Plougastel on Fridays.
