Fish shop In the Landes region, near the Basque Country, Lucie Lesgourgues has launched an artisanal 2.0 micro-cannery, free from chemicals. Her aim is to promote local fishing to guarantee unrivalled freshness, giving priority to the Saint-Jean-de-Luz fish auction and local fishermen. This gives her access to high-quality wild fish: pout (a variety of cod), mackerel and tuna from local waters, trout raised in the Pyrenees and octopus from Brittany. Lucie revisits traditional recipes: braised tuna and octopus, artisan-smoked trout and mackerel. The dynamic, eco-friendly packaging, with ESAT canning, illustrates Lucie's commitment to environmentally-friendly production. The product range whets the appetite: mackerel with spicy sauce, trout with miso and ginger, pout with garlic and olive oil, octopus with chimichurri sauce, teriyaki tuna, tuna ganoush...
