Chocolate factory A very pretty boutique that looks more like a workshop than a store, recalling the work of the artisan and the passage from material to finished product. Cyril Pouil and Ronan Lagadec's bean-to-bar project gives rise to a fine catalog of pure-origin bars, blends, pastries, boxes and spreads.
