One of Bayonne's great chocolate houses, founded at the end of the 19th century, this establishment is part of the great local tradition of sweet pleasures. Today, the pretty orange-and-black store is run by the fourth generation, Françoise and Alain, perpetuating the house's classics: touron, mouchou and, of course, kanougas.
