Pastry One of Bayonne's great chocolate houses, founded at the end of the 19th century, this establishment is part of the great local tradition of sweet pleasures. Today, the pretty orange-and-black store is run by the fourth generation, Françoise and Alain, perpetuating the house's classics: touron, mouchou and, of course, kanougas.
