Gault&Millau's review

Pastry The name Pariès is synonymous with quality and professionalism throughout the Basque Country. In the store in Biarritz, everything is organized to serve gourmandise: pastries, chocolates, ice creams and sorbets, viennoiserie, confectionery, cookies and travel cakes. A box of 36 chocolates costs €32.30, and the Basque cake is obviously the star of the show.
