Description
Pastry For 7 years now, Voltige has been advocating savoir-faire, offering reasoned, gourmet pastries, chocolates with refined ganaches and textured pralines, and modern iced desserts. Everything is, of course, homemade, with respect for the seasons and the ingredients, and the Maison's motto sets the tone: "Happiness is about giving! So, indulge yourself with a choice of innovative trompe-l'œil cakes (tropical cocktail, coffee grinder, camembert) or timeless favourites (nuage citronné, tout noisette Piémont, Paris-Brest). The chocolaterie also tantalizes the taste buds with pretty boxes of straightforward chocolates, to try out or give as gifts, and other chocolate treats (tablettes, orangettes, rochers...). As for snacks, there's something for everyone, from individual or shared praline brioche (a speciality of Lyon) to filled cakes, as well as cookies, brownies, financiers... The best part? Festive events are given pride of place with a special range of logs for Christmas, galettes des rois for Epiphany and creative chocolate molds for Easter.
