Benoît Charron carefully selects artisanal farmhouse cheeses in keeping with the seasons. In addition to cheeses, he has developed a delicatessen section in his boutique. Every month, he organizes a tasting session where you can discover the best wine and cheese pairings. All you need to do is book 24 hours in advance and, for €10 per person, you'll be able to see whether a mâcon blanc village goes delicately with a Beaufort, a St Nectaire or a picodon fermier.
