Cheese dairy One of France's most famous cheese makers was bound to have a counter at Les Halles! Founded in the 1960s in Roanne, the cheese dairy has patiently built up its empire, now boasting some twenty outlets throughout the country. The boutique at Les Halles offers a glimpse of the know-how at work, with a wide range of cheeses and fine ripening processes, from the most classic to the less common nuggets: cabriole, brebis fougère, tarentais, gouda, extra-aged mimolette, tomme de chèvre, chaource, munster, livarot, saint-nectaire... The boutique also sells crèmerie products.
