Cheese dairy Nicole Barthélémy is lively and passionate. To enter her boutique is to enter her cheese "theater". Her clientele is as demanding as those who know how to approach the perfection of products matured on site. The Elysée, Matignon and a number of ministries buy their cheeses here. Delicious raw-milk Mont-d'Or, long-established Comté, 2-year-old Beaufort, fine Camemberts or Coulommiers (truffled in winter) and pretty goats' cheeses. The cheeses change with the seasons, but the quality remains the same.
