Pastry After working with some of the greatest names in the world, at Pierre Hermé, the Bristol and the Plaza Athénée, Claire Damon teamed up with David Granger to open their own bakery and patisserie. The approach is a return to nature, with organic flours and sourdough, fruit and the taste of the land, according to the seasons. The boutique on rue du Bac offers access to the pastry chef's all-too-frequent creations, including the calisson with almond from Provence and apricot, chocolate cake, rhubarb chou and raspberry cheesecake.
