Refined craftsmanship, quality ingredients (pure organic eggs, fruit, honey, whole milk...) and attractive cloches for cakes, flans, cookies, beautiful individual and large-format pastries. We're particularly partial to the excellent tiramisu with organic Ethiopian mocha or the tasty lemon baba. Good viennoiserie (mousseline brioche) and savoury tarts. Breads include boule au levain, tourte de seigle and petit épeautre.
