Pastry Andréa Bourgoin, winner of two awards (Best Young Baker and Best Butter Croissant), has always had the ambition to work with quality bread. She favors long fermentation to guarantee unbeatable taste and preservation. All her breads are made with sourdough, with a wide range of special breads: dried fruit, nuts, corn, gluten-free... Pastries are also a gourmet's delight, both classic (but always revisited with a touch of originality, like the eclairs, which vary in flavor) and modern. A must-try all year round: the autumn leaf made with meringue, chocolate mousse and chocolate shavings (all handmade, yes, yes!). Maison Bourgoin is also a caterer, offering hot starters, pies, quiches, crêpes... and raw frozen products (puff pastry, croissants, quiches...). A much-appreciated service! Andréa Bourgoin also sometimes works up recipes according to customer requests. In fine weather, treat yourself to homemade ice creams (cookie or nougat-raspberry among the original flavors).
