Breeding
Cogniard poultry is raised on a family farm in the south of France. Capons, fed at full term on milk and cookies, guinea fowl, hens and geese cackle freely... In addition to the two-legged animals, there are also lambs, cared for here from birth to fattening. Working with cereals and rearing animals provides a varied business that makes the most of the local workforce. There are numerous sales outlets, including Pauvre, in the south of the department, and Les Halles de Reims.
