The recipe for the famous "Lucullus de Valenciennes" has been jealously passed down for three generations! This Hainaut speciality combines smoked beef tongue, native to the region, with duck foie gras. This delicacy, available fresh vacuum-packed or canned, is best served cold with toast. As well as whole duck foie gras, it would be a shame to forget duck Lucullus and petits confits, black cherry with Sichuan pepper.
