Roaster
The Brûlerie du Hainaut (or Cafés Rémy) has been bringing coffee lovers together since 1956, spreading the scent of roasted beans across the square. Here, the roasting process is slow, controlled solely by the craftsman's hand, at controlled temperatures (between 180 and 240°C), which vary according to the type of coffee. After a six-hour cooling period, the beans are packaged as they are or ground, to be sold to you in the best possible conditions.
