Bakery
With its plant-based, organic approach, this is a very eleventh-century "guest bakery" that gives cereals their rightful place. Wholemeal bread, spelt balls and well-baked baguettes are all part of the house standard, with advice in English ("dream fair, eat fun") to aid digestion. A small extended tasting area on the terrace, jams, but also savoury dishes, with soups, kale quiche or butternut leek quiche - it's so good to live healthily! A slice of flan costs €4 and the banana bread is very well made.
