Pastry Taste the simple tradition to gauge the quality before leaving with the specials, the cereal wheel, the carrot and sunflower, the two spelt, the dried fruit wheel. The store is rather sober, not overloaded, but what is done is good, including the pastry with vanilla flan, strawberry and camomile meringue, pecan rice pudding shortbread, rhubarb crumble or the very good chocolate millefeuille. Nice viennoiserie too (do the raisin bread test).
