Bakery Tanguy Lahaye is a young head baker who has made natural choices, working with organic flours made by French artisan millers. His choice of organic products is based on personal convictions rather than fads, and he is a firm believer in quality. The variety of cereals used allows us to develop specific aromas that are found in our carefully-crafted range. In a vein both traditional and modern, he makes his own sourdough and bakes in an electric oven. His breads are fresh and well textured, like his Tradition or the Miche de campagne, his signature loaf, ideal for enjoying a mature Comté cheese. The viennoiseries receive the same care and attention.
