Pastry Manon Fighera may be a very young woman, but her technical mastery, knowledge of flavors and determination have made her a pastry chef acclaimed by countless customers. "Diplomas in hand, I immediately set up my own brand to offer my own recipes, which took me two years to finalize. I make everything in-house, using raw materials sourced from local producers. It's important to me", she explains with a strong heart. Her range of cookies made daily in her laboratory (notably the milk chocolate and pecan cookies) is particularly popular. And, careful not to tire her loyal customers, Manon creates new products every month. What's more, to order, she makes tasty, elegant pastries that follow the seasons. Among her top suggestions, we recommend her Snickers-style tart with salted butter caramel, milk chocolate ganache and peanut praline. You can order these nuggets online and have them delivered anywhere in France. Alternatively, you can visit our workshop or the Sauveterre-de-Béarn market on Saturdays. We're thrilled!
