A passionate vinegar-maker, Jean-Philippe Lanouguère uses the "Orleans method" for fermentation and only local produce to produce a whole range of high-quality vinegars (cider, blueberry, beer, pear, etc.), which can be found in a number of fine grocery stores and restaurants, as well as directly in the cellar or online.
