Description
Pastry Lucas Riegert, artisan pastry chef-chocolatier-glacier, discovered his passion when he was as tall as 3 apples. Since then, it has become his profession, and his talents have been confirmed by his participation in the Best Professional Pastry Chef competition. However, Lucas has a philosophy of humility that he instills in his colleagues, who are as young and inspired as he is: to achieve excellence by keeping it simple, and using vintage chocolates, certified raw materials and wonderful local products (eggs, milk, flour, fruit...). Even the packaging is eco-friendly, reusable and made in Brittany. This zeitgeist is also reflected in the sublime 100% natural artisanal pastries, chocolates and ice creams. Classic Paris-Brest, éclairs and even millefeuille become delicate gustatory adventures, just like his creation: the Lucas (to be discovered, we won't tell you more!). And if his range of chocolates is also a delight, we love his Armoricain and its ganaches with seasonal fruits. A modern take on tradition.
