To the south-east of Mulhouse, Gilles Zwingelstein runs an eclectic microbrewery offering inspired vintages. His classics include Belgian-style beers, especially blondes, as well as traditional English porters and IPAs made with Alsace hops. Be sure to call to make an appointment, and you'll find the beers in around twenty sales outlets in the region.
