Winemaker The château is located between La Cadière-d'Azur and Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, with vineyards planted on marl and limestone soils. Tended since 1957 by the Boisseaux family, originally from Burgundy, the vines here produce no fewer than 8 different cuvées. Naturally, the capricious mourvèdre grape reigns supreme. Try the old Vannières reds if you can, they're simply delicious.
