A benchmark in local baking, a destination for many loyal Bandolais from early morning onwards. Organic flour, natural fruit leavening, the recipe remains unchanged for optimum results, on all the special weekly breads (on Wednesdays it's petit épeautre, on Fridays chestnut and walnut, on Saturdays muesli...). So you can confidently take your lunchtime sandwich here, as well as the viennoiserie every morning. A new owner is due to take over in early spring.
