Winemaker Pibarnon has established itself as one of Bandol's finest. A difficult grape variety, as unglamorous as it is magnificent, Mourvèdre has found a home here. Eric de Saint-Victor presides over the destiny of the estate. The wines of Pibarnon continue to establish themselves and gain public recognition, both in France and abroad. Vinification is based on parcel selections. These defined parcels are then blended to create "Le Pibarnon". The rosés are also a must-taste, even better with a few years in bottle. Note the very conclusive trials of ageing in amphorae, which preserve a clean, saline freshness.
