The pigs are reared as a family affair, fed a strictly cereal-based diet, and installed in rigorously comfortable conditions to ensure meat that's meaty and tasty. The carcasses are butchered in the laboratory. Paupiettes de porc, cervelas truffés, farces, poitrines fraîches, jambons, jésus and saucisses reveal a flesh with frank flavors.
