Gault&Millau's review

Carryout Chanel is 35 years young. Thierry Chanel has taken over from René, in this house that fights every day to maintain a good level of production. Winner of a bronze medal for its dry sausage, the company offers a range of artisanal preparations based on grain-fed Savoy pigs, creating a whole new taste experience with rosettes, rolled heads, white or black puddings, andouillettes and terrines, all traditional charcuterie products to liven up any meal. Delivery service within a 50 km radius, preparation of meal trays and festive ceremonies.
