Bakery It just goes to show that you can be in the thick of things - or rather, in the store and on the market - when it comes to this friendly couple who took over the only bakery and patisserie in Chancenay, a charming village near Saint-Dizier, five years ago. For the past year, the duo has been present at the famous covered market, well known to locals and the large number of tourists in season. All year round, the Duranton bakery-pâtisserie deploys a wealth of energy and creativity to serve its loyal customers with its home-made products: traditional or two-tone croissants, Halles bread with spices, Paris-Brest (and its homemade praliné), pretzel sandwiches, pâtés lorrains, Maroilles pie for aperitifs... It's impossible to list them all, as the young, dynamic team works hard every day to delight your taste buds. Its main ingredients are the quality of its raw materials (flour, butter, fruit and vegetables from the market...) and its affordable prices.
