Butchery Bazas beef is the exclusive star at Rémi Levilly's century-old establishment, which he runs with passion. The fattened beef is superbly marbled and honors the breed, but you'll also find veal, free-range pork and free-range poultry, as well as traditional charcuterie and prepared dishes.
