Brewer Founded in 2015, this brewery moved from Pessac to Sainte-Croix-du-Mont in January 2019. Craftsmanship and French products are always at the center of their brewing. At this new address, in addition to the magnificent view, you'll be able to take advantage of amateur brewing classes. As a result, its three beers - blonde, white and amber - continue to be benchmark choices within the Gironde brewing community.
