Winemaker
Clos 19 Bis, run by Vincent Quirac, is a 2-hectare estate located 10 km northwest of Langon. It consists of two small gardens cultivated organically and certified by Ecocert. One hectare in the Graves, in the commune of Illats, to make remarkable reds. And one hectare in the Sauternes appellation... to produce 600 bottles beyond all possible superlatives. From his first vintage in 2008, he chose to vinify his grapes "naturally".
