Confectionery The house earned its stripes with Belissaire Boissier, its creator, who pioneered the glazing technique developed for chestnuts. Since then, the company has continued with chocolate petals flavored with flowers and fruit in a delicate blend of flavors; old-fashioned chocolate shavings for drinking or spreading on a wide slice of buttered bread; and bonbons boules à la menthe, violette or froufrous (bursting with fruit). You can't eat chestnuts all year round, but you can eat everything else!
