Tommes, soft cheeses, goat cheeses, aged Mimolette, Morbier, cheeses from Auvergne, Savoie, and the Jura, a fine Saint-Nectaire, dairy products, cheese derivatives, desserts (île flottante, rice pudding…), wine, a few gourmet items, and even prepared dishes (lasagna, braised veal breast with spinach and polenta) depending on the weekly menu.
