He offers meticulous workmanship and a fine selection of Charolais beef, Mont-Saint-Michel salt-aged lamb, Bresse poultry and Iberian pork, as well as charcuterie and delicatessen specialties (quiche lorraine, pâté en croûte alsacien, fleischnakas and bouchées à la reine).
