Founded in 1981, the family-run business created by Charles Schmitt continues today under the leadership of his daughter and son-in-law, carrying on a comprehensive range of artisanal crafts—not only pastry and baking, but also catering and chocolate-making. With its lovely terrace, the shop doubles as a tea room, where you can sample all of their creations on the spot. The shop also offers catering services for your events.
