One of the most creative pastry shops in the department, now with three locations in Colmar, Ribeauvillé, and Munster. The shops are as elegant as the pastries they offer, with a clean, modern aesthetic. Behind the display cases, you’ll find reimagined versions of timeless classics and signature creations: grandmother’s gingerbread, kougelhopf, Alsatian brioche, savarin, chocolate éclairs, apple- or hazelnut-shaped trompe-l’œil pastries, chocolates, cakes, travel cakes, and ice cream.
