Pastry The name is well known throughout the department, thanks to the many equally appetizing stores. The Colmar example is no exception, with superb fruit tarts in crunchy-melt pastry, large formats to delight the whole family (the Cube, hazelnut and chocolate dacquoise, the Vanille Addict with mascarpone, ganache and caramel), not forgetting macaroons, cakes and pains de Gênes, brioche and kougelhopf. Pies, quiches and savoury tarts for lunch, and an extensive chocolate section.
