Pastry One of the most creative pastry shops in the department, now with three locations in Colmar, Ribeauvillé, and Munster. The shops are as elegant as the pastries they offer, with a clean, modern aesthetic. Behind the display cases, you’ll find reimagined versions of timeless classics and signature creations: grandmother’s gingerbread, kougelhopf, Alsatian brioche, savarin, chocolate éclairs, apple- or hazelnut-shaped trompe-l’œil pastries, chocolates, cakes, travel cakes, and ice cream.
