Gault&Millau's review
This Blanc de Noirs is a blend of equal parts of Pinot Noir and Meunier. This cuvée is a success. The dosage in sugar is very low. The bouquet is all finesse and seems to be have been infused. It keeps evolving in the glass while revealing aromas of white fruits such as pear, then fresh grapes and finally Mirabelle plum. On the palate, the wine shows a great structure and a long-lasting finish.

Superb. The nose reveals deep aromas of Pinot Noir that would never be found in a still wine. On the palate, the wine presents a lively attack. It then combines great fullness, delicate flavours and a mouth-watering length. This champagne is a great success to try without delay.

This young Chardonnay presents the freshness of the wine rather than the autolysis of the yeast. The wine is lively, fruity with ripe lemon and floral notes as well as eucalyptus for a touch of freshness. An assertive and enlightened style, all in purity without make-up. Beautiful vibration.

Gault&Millau's review
BO syand for “Bouteilles Oubliées” (forgotten bottles). This version of Les Prés Dieu has been left 6 years longer than the other eponymous cuvée. Only 477 bottles have bee, released. It is very different, but just as superb. You can literally read the work of time in it. The nose shows aromas of pastry, grilled almonds, candied fruits, as well as underlying notes of ripe lemon. On the palate, the wine is rounder but retains freshness, salinity and vibrancy. If have the opportunity, taste the two cuvées at the same time for an amazing experience.
