L'avis de Gault&Millau
Issus d’une lignée de vignerons remontant au XVIIe siècle, Rémi et Jean-René Brice cultivent les 12 ha du vignoble familial. Entourés de Christophe Constant, œnologue et responsable de la production, ils élaborent des champagnes ancrés dans le terroir de Bouzy classé grand cru. Toute la production est particulièrement soignée et la date de vendange, primordiale pour l’équilibre des raisins, est souvent repoussée à son plus juste terme. La maison est particulièrement impliquée dans la reconnaissance des coteaux-champenois et a réalisé en 2023 sa première vendange certifiée en agriculture biologique.
