Présentation du domaine par Gault&Millau
Le Champagne Brice, c’est l’histoire d’une famille qui remonte à 1684 à Bouzy. Rémi et Jean-René Brice, avec l’aide du chef de caves Christophe Constant, exploitent 12 ha à Bouzy, à Chigny-les-Roses et à Loches-sur-Ource. Toute la production est particulièrement soignée et la date de vendange, primordiale pour l’équilibre des raisins, est souvent repoussée à son plus juste terme. La maison a réalisé en 2023 sa première vendange certifiée en agriculture biologique. À dominante de pinot noir, les champagnes sont portés par des matières charnues et équilibrées.
