Baron Albert
Les champagnes Baron Albert ont été fondés en 1947 par Albert Baron et son épouse Béatrice. Ils ont transmis le flambeau à leurs trois fils, Gilbert, Gervais et Claude. Aujourd'hui, la troisième génération est en place avec les filles de Claude. Les sœurs Baron, Claire, Lise et Aline, accompagnées de Rachid Boutaïg, responsable du vignoble, cultivent 55 ha dans le respect de l'environnement et élaborent dans leurs caves près de 500 000 cols par an.
