A candy side emerges with initial aromas of orange berlingot, ripe strawberry and more pastry-like notes of orange barquette and nougat. Great tension on the palate, underlined by dynamic bubbles. Without being particularly full-bodied, the material evokes yellow fruit and leaves a chalky sensation on the palate. The bubbles refresh the whole.
