Maison Loriot works with a unique savoir-faire that has been passed down for generations: aging on lees in vats, little yeast used for fermentation and no temperature control. Charlène Loriot loves to work with Pinot Meunier, the emblem of the Marne Valley, and offers it as a single grape variety with the Cuvée Meunier intégral.
